These are the third-party services Airea uses to deliver the agent product. We share only the data each needs for its function.

Airea fetches publicly available listing information from realestate.co.nz when you connect your profile or paste a listing link. We send no personal customer data to it; we read public listing content.
Some platform integrations (for example the MBIE market-rent API) are used only in property-management modules that aren't part of the agent toolkit.
